TECH5, an innovator in the field of biometrics and identity management, has appointed Fernando Li as Vice President, Sales for Latin America. In his new role, Fernando will focus on expanding the company’s footprint in LATAM, leveraging his expertise to grow TECH5’s presence in the enterprise sector, strengthen customer and partner relationships and build new strategic partnerships across the region.
Fernando Li brings over 10 years of experience in the biometric industry in Latin America, having worked at AWARE, where he managed opportunities for the region end-to-end – from prospecting to delivery, onboarding, and production. He also has a technical background that enables him to collaborate effectively with diverse customer profiles, and experience supporting more than 100 end-customers.
“I come with a strong background in biometrics, so fingerprint, face, iris, and voice recognition technologies – and the infrastructure around them – are second nature to me. I am looking forward to joining an agile, technology-curious, and customer-focused TECH5 community, eager to take things to the next level to meet and exceed our customers’ expectations,” said Fernando.
